Using a system of Pre-Engineered Cold Form Steel of 355 / 550 MPA, galvanized to 125 gsm, the framework or skeleton system of the building is erected. Both the sides of the skeleton is covered with single boarding or double boarding using Cement or Calcium Silicate Board of appropriate thickness Based on the insulation requirements, Rockwool or PUF or Foam concrete can be filled in between the inner and outer face of the Boards. Electrical and Sanitary pipes are installed within the wall prior to covering the same with boards We handover a complete building including Electrical Fittings and sanitary Fixtures

FEATURES OF SYSTEM:

1. This is completely a dry wall construction system which eliminates wet work as well as reduces construction time of frame.
2. Entire framing system is manufactured of Hi-quality Hi tensile Galvanized steel (Z-275gsm/550Mpa)
3. Most of finishing materials used (external/internal) are factory finished hi-quality materials manufactured under controlled manner.
4. The entire manufacturing process is CAD driven and designed on dedicated software, which provides complete out put including NC manufacturing code, drawings and Material BOQ.
5. This system is ideal for high wind zone as well as seismic zone areas as the dead load of entire building is less as compared to RCC.
6. Buildings are significantly lighter as compared to RCC therefore no heavy foundations. This can be fixed over 300mm Plinth grade beams and slab.
7. Design freedom and easy to transport in any remote or hilly areas.
8. Construction speed is much faster and easy to install without requiring heavy equipments such as cranes.
9. No wet construction in super structure. System is thermally insulated. It provides excellent insulation value due to cavity concept construction without using insulation.
10. Longer life span and easy to maintain.
11. Provide better habitable environment due to insulated constructions. Dismantling possibilities if required.
12. This Light construction is weather proof, Eco friendly and Green building concept. Apart from new constructions it is ideal for Extension in existing building.
