About The Company

Industrial Foams (P) Ltd. (An ISO 9001-2015 Certified Company) was established in 1972 by its founder Shri T.R. Arora. The company is recognized as one of the leading name for P.U System House (Polyol/MDI) and manufacturing Polyurethane Insulated Rigid Foam Panels/Sheets,. PUF Panels, Prefabricated Air-conditioned buildings, Cold Rooms/Storage, Walk in Cold Rooms, Freezing Chambers, Complete Thermal Coolers for Stationary & Mobile Applications, Ware House Refrigeration with Integral Panel Construction, Specific Tailor-made Applications for safe storage of perishable products, Insulated Doors & Sliding doors, Telecom Shelters, PUF Insulated Roofing Panels Prefabricated Houses and Pre-engineered Buildings. Now, we have introduced LGSF Houses and Pre-Engineered Buildings also. Light Gauge steel construction (LGSF) offers complete designed system for variety of structures including residential houses and institutional Buildings.

Industrial Foams is a reputed Rigid Polyurethane Foam System house manufacturing/ Blending high quality of Polyurethane Chemical. The raw chemical is procured from the best international vendors and blended at our facility at Kasna, Greater Noida.

Rigid foam is a plastic solid with a Random cellular structure having thousand of closed cells per cubic inches of expanded material. The Foam is formed by a controlled reaction between two ingredients as Polyol & lsocynate in presence of selected catalyst and additives. The chemical when mixed expands rapidly up to 25-30 times its original volume and then hardens. The product has numerous applications in different fields for insulation and available in different density configuration, achieved by changing the proportions of ingredients. It adheres tenaciously to most surfaces. Rigid Polyurethane foams have unique properties, like energy saving, high strength to weigh ratio, low thermal conductivity, low water vapor transmission buoyancy. Thus the uses are based on above properties. Off late, have successfully commenced the production of PUF system having Zero ODS and low GWP as per latest environmental requirements.

Latest state of the art technology of foam injection and designing with expertise of over 20 years is used for manufacturing superior and high quality PUF insulated Panels and structures meeting excellent insulating performance and structural Rigidity in all seismic zones. All the products are designed & custom built for specific applications and accurate temperature control and meet international standards.

Off late we have introduced decorative stretched ceiling also in our product portfolio.
